HOW IT WORKS
Your fitness program will be fully tailored and individualised to you and will be inclusive of nutritional and lifestyle coaching, hands on advice and regular check ins to keep track of your progress.
This takes the form of a 20 minute Skype Call where I find out about you. I will enquire about your current fitness/activity level, diet and lifestyle. We will talk through your goals and how I can help you achieve them.
I will send you through some assessment forms for you to complete and return. This will help to give me a more detailed and holistic view about you as an individual before we start your tailored program. Included will be:
• An assessment of your current fitness level which will identify simple benchmarks (strength, movement, mobility, and aerobic capacity/endurance).
• An assessment of your current nutritional habits and lifestyle.
• A food diary
Using the information collected from the consultation and assessment I will create a program based on your specific needs. This will be monitored through weekly skype check ins and regular testing. We will tweak your program as required as we progress through your fitness journey to ensure we are achieving your goals, which will also be constantly developing and evolving.
I will give you advice, guidance and education on your nutrition to complement your training program and ensure that you are nourishing your body with the correct ‘fuel’ specific to your goals.
I will deliver your weekly program to you via email. Your program will be simple and easy to follow and I will provide videos for any unfamiliar movements. And don’t forget I will be contactable via WhatsApp, so any questions just shout up!
We will schedule weekly Skype calls to fit in around your schedule in order to monitor progress and talk about anything you wish to discuss. But you don’t have to wait for our check in to ask any questions – just drop me a line on WhatsApp whenever you like!
